Not ready when promised. Kara was very nice though!

I dropped my vehicle off at 7:45 am and when the shuttle was scheduled to pick me up (1:30 pm), the car was not ready. Kara Wing was very nice.

The staff was GREAT! having to pay $250 for a window channel guide on a 2013 Pilot (barely 4 years since purchase) not covered by warranty SUCKED.

Walking into this dealership has always felt nice, mainly because I grew up with Hondas. Our family purchased everything from Legends to Preludes and Accords here, and it's certainly contributed to my affinity for Honda automobiles. I currently own a 2009 Honda Fit, and the thing drives essentially like the day we drove it off the lot. So, yeah: I love Hondas. In truth, Palladino Honda largely lives up to this legacy from a service standpoint. Nowadays, the service department has evolved into an efficient machine that books you, reminds you (reminds again via e-mail,) and even shuttles you to work at near superluminal speeds in an Odyssey. It's all a very impressive feat to me (though I've really no frame of reference for comparison) that they offer all this along with free dark roast french coffee, ginger ale, and WiFi. On top of all this, the staff is very pleasant, conversational, and efficient. So, as far as service departments go, I couldn't be happier. (Especially when I grab another ginger ale and no one slaps me.) I guess the only downside for me is the price of repairs. As most Fit owners can probably agree, it's miserable to have to pay for tune ups and parts. Often I have to go elsewhere. Were money not a factor, I'd happily cosy up with my Android on one of their wonderful couches, connect my Wifi and sip on free beverages whilst these repairs take place, and dream of what it might be like to own a Type R Civic.
