I tried contacting someone from service 3 times after my oil change, I left messages. No response. There was even a lady I spoke to that said she would remind someone from service to return my call in the morning when the service people returned, no response. Everything was good while I was in the building but as soon as they got your business and you are gone seems like they dont care.

Please inform the customer of the costs involved to do the service before doing it. Please ask before hand so the customer will give their consent. I will not be returning to your service department because of this.

They did regular maintenance on my car and they didn't try to suggest repairs I wouldn't need. They gave me quotes for new tires and weren't pushing them on me. Just offered it as a suggestion. They washed my car which i really needed. overall I had a good experience.

i had extended warranty, they didn't tell me i still have to pay deductible for that and when they repair small thing still need to pay 150$, so whats the point to get extra warranty? I am strongly say very poor cant even have one star didnt even let me agree with one star thank you

Bought my car here 5 years ago. We have consistently used Winnipeg Honda to do service and repairs that we have been unable to do ourselves. Unfortunately the next car will probably be a different make, however, I would still recommend Winnipeg Honda to my friends and family.
