Gold Standard in Customer Experience! If you want a downright perfect customer service and sales experience, Henley Honda is the gold standard. We made a mistake in our new car purchase journey and went to Henley Honda first… Well that was a mistake as everyone else was awful in comparison. Other dealerships came off as fake, only willing to tell you what will make the deal vs showing us something that fit our needs and budget. Joe at Henley Honda had a genuine interest in what we were looking for and guess what... actually listened with absolutely no pressure. Other dealers were too busy telling us what they wanted us to hear that they couldn’t stop “selling” something we didn’t want. From first arriving at Henley Honda, Joe had all the cars we were interested in out front, ready to go. He did a quick walk around showing the features (that matched what we were interested in) and off we went on the test drive. We got back and the next one was ready to go. Henley seems to pride themselves on a open & transparent operating model. Tom the GM stopped by the table afterwards and its clear that the entire dealership is in this mindset. I’m a very “trust but verify” type person and 100% of everything I was told was 100% factual and accurate. I dare you to find another place, even outside of the car market, that the same can be said for. This type of honesty and transparency really made the experience award winning in my books. This was backed up with Joe’s robust understanding of all topics I asked about (features, options, finance, lease calcs, industry trends, …). This knowledge even extended beyond features when I mentioned I was looking at a new iPhone and he suggested an iPhone model with wireless charging capability as the car we purchased has that as well. I’m by no means easy to please and they hit it out of the park. For me to say that tells me that everyone should buy from them, hands down.

We purchased a new HRV yesterday from Sean and Joe. We had spent a few weeks dealing with closer locations, all service at Honda was amazing, but these guys truly stepped it up into something unique and wonderful. BECAUSE of the quality of service we received from them, we ended up driving almost 3 hours (each way) to make our purchase at this specific location. We were originally referred by an existing customer of this location, and fully understand why. This was beyond worth our time to make the trip. Sean and Joe took a very stressful purchase and made it outright fun. 100% recommend. Worth the extra travel time. Thank you <3

I was thinking of buying my first car for the longest time. However I have no clue about cars. My first appointment was with Brayden at Henley Honda. And he provided me with the most detailed test drive for the 2020 Honda Civic. It was my first test drive at any dealership. I was very impressed with the car and Brayden’s knowledge of the product. As a consumer I wanted to compare all the cars in the market with on my price range and I did. But no salesman provided me with the type of knowledge about the car like Brayden. But I went back to Brayden because he was the best! And now I am the owner of a brand new 2020 Honda Civic EX! Thank you Brayden and everybody else at Henley Honda!

We bought a car from Henley Honda during COVID. Our experience buying the car was fine but we had a bad experience with their service department. My driver's side window ended up exploding a month ago and shattering all over me from a random stone hitting it. I called Henley Honda and they told me to have the window replaced there instead of at a glass repair shop. It was not a great experience - it took over 2 weeks for them to finally replace the window. When they finally did replace the window they ended up breaking our panel to our door and kept it another few weeks because they couldn't get the part they needed for the panel they broke. When we finally got the car back - over a month after the accident - there will still glass over the back seat. They had the car all this time and they didn't even clean it when they finally gave our car back to us. I think we would buy a car there again but we wouldn't recommend them for service.
