Just purchased a new Civic and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. As a returning customer, I am still impressed at how great the staff is!!! Buying a car shouldn’t be stressful and it was not only easy but it was fun too!!! Highly recommend Henley Honda!

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a car dealership. I’ve boughten many cars before and never faced judgement like that before. Art was assigned to show us a car that we drove an hour to see. The car was NOT the same as the photo online. It had very visible rust all over and the hubcaps were destroyed. Even the badge was a different colour than showed in the ad online. Art was very rude off the bat and came off condescending and very judgemental of younger folks with tattoos. He also lied to my face saying he personally sent the car out to be cleaned all day even though I was told over email from Dan to come see it that day. As I was leaving, the car showed up right away. Art proceeded to grab the temporary plates for a test drive before I could ask for a different salesman. I felt very pressured to test drive the car before I even had a second to check the exterior. After proceeding to do so, I saw all of the flaws I’ve stated above that were not listed in the ad. After I said I was not interested, Art stormed off in anger with no thing to say to me except for the hate I felt from his body language. Sorry that I wasted your time by driving an hour away to be catfished by a stock image of another civic. Don’t avoid this Honda dealership, but please avoid Art as your salesman if you wish to not be judged and criticized and want to feel pressured.

went to henly honda to look at a civic that was listed on auto trader, with intentions of buying. i had emailed the day prior to make sure we could come take a look. the sales man was very rude and inconsiderate of our time. started off by telling us it went out for cleaning and wouldn’t be back today. the second we left the building, already dissapointed, the car pulled into the lot. the sales man already acting impatient with us, stormed out with plates assuming we wanted to drive it without looking at the body first. turns out there was rust and patch jobs in the paint with what looked like white out. not the same car in the one photo posted online. the moment we weren’t interested anymore, he stormed off saying “okay” in a huff. not professionally, “thank you” or anything. we don’t remember the gentleman’s name, but he was a tall, much older man.
