Just bought a new 2020 Civic and dealt with Brayden Roszi in sales, and Sandra Schincariol in Finance. Brayden was very professional and is thoroughly knowledgeable on all Honda models. He also has a strong customer-service ethic, and is a joy to deal with. Sandra as well is professional and very knowledgeable. She helped us navigate through a lot of paper work very easily. We really enjoyed the whole experience with these two at Henley Honda.

I bought a civic from Henley Honda. Braden was our sales representative, Braden did an excellent job at explaining all aspects of the vehicle along with sourcing us the best deal. Henley Honda not only provides outstanding customer service but their prices are the lowest in the area. I recommend visiting Henley Honda for your next purchase and asking for Braden.

It's time for an update to the review I posted a few years ago. Since that review I have leased a new 2018 Honda Ridgeline and everything went extremely well. I took it back to Henley Honda exclusively for service and they kept it running like it was new. Then today I returned the Ridgeline and purchased a 2020 Honda CRV. The sale went smoothly and when I picked up the vehicle, it was flawless. Honda is so dedicated to the build that one would find it difficult to match the quality. Once again the staff were incredible and this time Brayden was the sales representative that closed this deal. If you are looking for a great Vehicle and an incredible dealership then check out what Henley Honda has to offer. ORIGINAL REVIEW FOR MY 2016 HONDA CRV The sales staff was great and they delivered the vehicle as promised. Brandon was great and explained all the options available on the different CRV trim models. A great purchase experience.

Very poor customer sevice. 2018 Honda civic 30k, air conditioner stopped working, left it in to Henley honda, I was told the part could take up to 3 months to come in, staff did not try to find the part in a different location. I was able to get it booked into a different location within a couple of days after calling one other dealership.
