Very poor customer sevice. 2018 Honda civic 30k, air conditioner stopped working, left it in to Henley honda, I was told the part could take up to 3 months to come in, staff did not try to find the part in a different location. I was able to get it booked into a different location within a couple of days after calling one other dealership.

Came to Henley for two of my cars and on both occasions dealt with Service Person Jamie and Service Manager Shamil. My cars were worked by Mechanic Paul. With previous dissapointing experiences with Kingston Honda, I was relief by the professinlsm and no-nonsense approach by Henley Service Team. Both car issues have been clearly diagnosed; appoinments were accepted the next day (which is really unreal if you think about it); the estimate and explanation of issues were provided; and issues were fixed in a timely fashion taking in consideration my time restrictions. Great work and thanks to Jamie, Shamil, and Paul. Other dealerships should go for a class and learn first how treat their customers, and second, how to fix the cars. Honda's make great cars, but it takes a responsible dealer to provide necesary care and upkeep to keep these running.
