One of the tires on my vehicle was missing its value cap so I had temporarily taped it. I didn't even mention this to the dealership during a routine oil change and they replaced it for me at no additional cost. In fact, they didn't even mention the good deed at all. I didn't even realize this until I received a shipment of value caps from Amazon later in the day and went to replace them. While small deeds like this often go unnoticed, I make it a habit to show my appreciation. Thank you!

Whether buying a Honda or getting one worked on , THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO! Shamil (management ) Thomas ( mechanic ) will go out of their way to help . During these impossible times of covid 19 , they were in constant communication with me always reaching out to offer help and support . I've never in my life been so proud of Honda and Canadians. If you don't go there I'm afraid that is your loss. If you do go ? Well congratulations! Welcome !

Great safety practices given that I had to have essential work done on vehicle. Watch the HH video they put out before going. Bring your own cell, lawn chair and umbrella to use while you wait off by yourself if you can't get a ride home. No building access. No washrooms anywhere. Bring hand sanitizer for use after you touch the drop box naturally covered in some germs though they clean it. As will the inside of your vehicle that will have been touched by gloves of technicians, though they clean it after. I will leave my car in driveway after I get home for days for any possible germs to die. Not sure what excessive bleach or other sanitizers will do to leather steering wheel. So I'm not chancing it.
