Just moved to St. Catharines and needed a place to bring my civic in for a recall. Looked this place up and Toms number was on the website to call 24/7. It was a Saturday at 6 and I also needed a code for my radio. I called Tom and he walked me through step by step and made sure I was taken care of. Upper management better be looking after this guy. He helped me out big time I will 100% be bringing my car here because of Tom the sales manager.

During these trying times for EVERYONE , Henley Honda steps up to the plate. I've never really had to deal with them until I just sent a SOS about my Honda fit needing a part , however with all the closures , hands become tied , so what's the positive you ask , parts manager took the time out to send message to me expressing his wish to be able to help and will see what he can do in the near future to get me taken care of . I worked with Erin Sammy. I highly recommend asking for him. He is friendly as well as efficiient and thorough. He showed both me and my 11 year old son kindness and respect. If you are looking for a new car, Honda is always our choice, and now so is Erin. Thank you.

Joe scovo did an amazing job as my sales man. Was able to text him with any questions and was not pushy or anything like that. Best car buying experience Iv had. Services is a bit of a nightmare to work with. Brand new car that gets gas in the oil, unlocks by itself in the middle of the night, cracked windshield, if it’s under -5 outside I get no heat through the vents. And they told me that this is a ‘normal characteristic’. Not impress with the service experience at all, Shamil the service manager treats customers like he just wants them out of his office. They have a lack of care in the service department. All they are there for is easy money. Any kind of warrenty work is a nightmare to have done or even diagnosed. Not happy with their service manager and his department.
