I went to Sherwood Honda to service our Honda Pilot and took a stroll on the display floor browsing around on the many different models. I caught an eye to the new 2023 Civic CRV and told my wife that I would like to get one. Looking around the different sales agents of the dealers were doing their business of chatting with each others and none came over if we need help as we were dressed in t-shirts and shorts wearing sandals. From the corner came out a man who stopped and asked if he can be of service and we said we were looking around possibly of buying a car. As the friendly and smiling man had his hands full of a task, the man who we found out was BOB FUENTES asked us to browse around and he will be back to help us. Two sales agents leaning by the reception counter with receptionist look at us as we walk around the dealership and not asking us if they can be of service. Shortly Mr. Bob Fuentes returning to us after finishing his task gave us a tour of dealership explaining to us as well as showing us the many different makes and models. He was very well informed of the Honda products and allayed our fears and concerns of the many new technologies incorporated to each vehicles. The ever smiling Bob Fuentes was very attentive and accommodating to our concerns and enlightened us to how friendly he was to his guests buyers. We were not turned away because of how we dressed but instead welcomed and educated of the many Honda fine products. We had the same experience when we got our Honda Pilot, came in on summer on our comfortable summer attire of T-shirt and short pants and brushed off by business dressed sales person who brushed us off in another Honda dealership. We are a Nissan family and an ordinary looking guy like Mr. Bob Fuentes suddenly bump us and asked us if he can be of service and we said yes, to end this story short the guy, Mr. Kim got the sales, his well dressed colleagues were stunned that we were the only one that got the sales closed that day. We heard his colleagues commented outside the office that they thought we were just window shopping. As to Mr. Bob Fuentes, his professionalism and attention to people of all walks of life and to extend his unselfish devotion to service should be commended. My wife heard from her sources that Toyota brand was far better than Honda and we left the smiling and accommodating Mr. Bob Fuentes as my wife would like to go over next to the Toyota dealership. The short walk to the Toyota dealership was not good, we waited for 30 minutes before an agent came to assist us, we felt it’s because we are dressed in our comfortable summer attire. The agent was not accommodating went straight to his sales pitch as was not happy to the many questions my wife raised, sensing we are not welcome we left after few minutes and went back to Honda dealership and closed a deal to purchase a Honda CRV. Mr. Bob Fuentes was a gracious and accommodating as well a patient man. He did not pressure us like the Toyota salesman, Mr. Bob Fuentes is surely a big asset to Sherwood Honda for his caring and attention to his guests. Bravo!

Just bought a 2023 Honda Civic from this place. The salesman Jimmy really helped us find the right car for a new family. Definitely will be returning here!
