Work done: Regular Oil change / filter and winter to summer tire swap conducted only. Front end review requested but not necessary as this was just done year ago and mileage minimal.

I arrived on site and was helped right away. The gentleman that helped me was very pleasant. My wait for my vehicle was not long, with the nice waiting area. All in all my experience was good.

Windshield replacement and oil change.. As always I get superior customer service from the service department. Peter B. is the reason we continue to use Murray's service as he is so thorough , friendly and finds everything that is wrong. He is a great asset. Also when I call or first come in I am dealt with by Kathie Kay and she is so good at her job it keeps me coming back.

I was told I had a small wheel alignment issue . I thought of this afterward...but it would have been nice if they would have told me that there was an issue at my previous oil change or if this was a new issue. I was given a coupon for an alignment that was good for a month, but I ended up having surgery shortly after the service. I have not had a chance yet to deal with the issue.

I have been dealing with the dealership since it was carter motors . All the staff are realty pleasant to deal with Jamie Ernie is good to deal with .i also like dealing with Dennis Mitchell in the service department . I will continue doing business with Murray Chevrolet

Staff and service were friendly and professional. The only thing I can suggest is the tag for the free oil change is not strong enough on a key chain. Mine broke and fell off and was lost.
