Lost wheel on truck ending being alit not damage than anticipated....told them that I would go trough insurance. Took insurance 3 days to make up thrr Ed it mind Laurentian tried to nail me first 3 days of lift fees at 129 an hr. They end up lowering it to one days still had to pay out of pocket. Told me that I needed a new bat not the case. Charged me quite a bit more than I was quoted for exhaust work. Stay away people not worth the headaches.

Before dropping my car off for recall repairs, I told the service department that this car would only have insurance for a short amount of time and I needed to be sure that all parts would be in stock before I brought it in. Apparently, even after being told that the parts were in, they weren't. On top of that, we had to have a bunch of work done to the car to be able to certify to sell it. We paid before all work was complete and it seems like once the payment went through, the car became less of a priority for them. We were told one day when we called to inquire on the status of the vehicle that it was ready to be picked up so my husband left work and when we arrived at the dealership we were informed that it was not our vehicle that was ready but someone else's. Anyways, 2 weeks later we finally got the car back. The service advisor who was calling us to update was great! However, when calling to deal with the service department a week prior when our van was in (we never received a review form) the lady we were dealing with was absolutely horrible. She was rude to not only me but my husband & my mother and we will not be returning to this dealership for anything ever again.

Care was taken reqarding Covid outbreak.There was no charge for this first visit as coupons were used to cover costs. Thank you! that was a nice surprise. Feel reassured as to the condition of my vehicle after my visit.
