Terrible customer service the time around. We initially took our vehicle in for a package b maintenance oil change and awd light checked. We had to switch out the awd relay and oil pressure gauge and we ended up needing to do our front brakes and a transmission flush. Our awd light was still on and we later returned to get it rechecked. They later called stating we needed to replace the solenoid but would have to order in the part and we said we would call Honda back to once we discussed it. We tried calling back several times and got no answer. We left a message for them to order the part in and to give us a call back. We waited over an hour and half before we decided to call back. We explained to the service advisor we had been trying to call and they said there was no one to check the messages and now they couldn't guarantee the part would be in because they were late getting the order in. We left our vehicle at Honda for the weekend as we didn't need it and the dealership is out of the way from where we lived. I got a notice on the Sunday that out vehicle was scheduled for an appointment on the Monday. I called in the afternoon to follow up on the vehicle and spoke with Taylor and she told us the vehicle would be ready by 5pm that day. We never received any sort of call to say it was finished. So tuesday I called first thing and got Tamara. She looked into our vehicle and called us back once she figured out what had happened. I guess the mechanic had a hard time putting the part in and had to take it back out and reinstall it. I would at least thought we would have received a courtesy phone call since I had told Taylor that we would be picking up at 9am on the Tuesday. The vehicle was then fixed within a few hours and Melanie called us to let us know that it was ready for pick up. It was just an overall terrible experience and we will not be purchasing another Honda unfortunately. I do want to add in that Tamara was super great and tried to get us all the answers and was always so polite. Thank you Tamara for dealing with our hot mess. You are a great asset to your company.

My eaperience was good, people at the desk were very helpful, even gave me free windshield washer fill up because they noticed the light on.
