My daughter and son-in-law bought a Honda Civic in 2016. They were the ones who suggested that I should test drive a Honda CR-V. I am so glad that I did! I was met with a friendly smile by courteous staff who went out of their way to ensure my satisfaction.

Other then the oil change, everything else seem like it can not be duplicated, so it can not be fixed until they can duplicate it. So no other repairs. The problem with the heat, mainly on freezing rain days, well it's happen several times with other Pilots that I have had and nothing could be done again. The air flow on high does a lot of noise, but what comes out is not very strong. It's a problem from years ago and nothing has been done at Honda about it. You just can not expect to keep your windshield clear if you want to keep your feet warm. It's one or the other pending the weather outside. NOT a problem is it's "0ยบ" outside, but any other vehicle would be the same. This is a Honda that I am driving. The one last thing that really disappointed me, was after the same winter tires used on 2 other models of Pilots, this NEW tire pressure assistant system does not recognize my winter tires. It's been use on other Pilots for the past 6 or + years. Why create such improvement if it is not going to work on all tires. Just a money grab by Honda!! Driving around in my $50,000.00 Honda for all the winter months with a yellow light blinking at me all the time. Very interesting. It's a little bit like Toyota that gave up "auto" lights to allow for hands free phone. What the hell were they thinking?? Yep, very upsetting!! BTW, I really preferred the ORIGINAL Pilot size!! Yes I am paying less per month, but driving about half the size. Ha!!

Good courteous service with a very pleasant atmosphere. Helpful service attendants with detailed service description. A comfortable lounge area with refreshments for short waits and a shuttle service if required. As this is my first Honda I have to say so far I am quite pleased.

I made an appointment for 7:30am for regular maintenance and a recall issue. My car was to be guaranteed for 2pm. I arrived for my appointment at 7:30 and the service attendant scheduled a shuttle pick up time of 3:30. When I arrived back at the dealership my car had not even been brought in yet. The service attendant indicated he tried to call. I asked if he left a voicemail. He said no he did not he just called to say they were behind. I had to wait almost an hour for my car to be serviced and fixed. I would not have been as upset had I received a call earlier notifying me so I could adjust my shuttle time. The best thing about the service was the wonderful shuttle driver who picked me up and tried to investigate why it was taking so long.
