Brought my truck for a trade in. The fianance manager Jayson Ball was amazing. I really didn't want to do a trade in but my vehicle was just too expensive for me. There were several major hiccups (on my end) and because of my work hours he had to talk to a third party to make decisions. He went up and beyond what Ive seen previously with fianacial advisors. Really great service, worked very hard to find a way to make the sale possible (I had gotten my previous lien VERY wrong) he was positive through what I could imagine was a very annoying transaction. He was really great. The salesman side wasnt great. I did show up late for my appointment due to weather and a previous car testing so I got another saleman. I brought a Hyundai (though I do love hondas) bu he no knowledge about the car whatsoever, last min appointment so understandable. It just seemed like very minimal effort. The sale was made because I did the car research, He seemed really new which I hope was the case. When it came time to pick up the car, I just asked a couple questions about it and he really seemed to have no idea and laughed it off. Everytime Ive picked up a vehicle (new or used) or even helped deliver one (as I used to work for a honda myself in another city). The vehicle is warm, fluids/gas topped off and you get a run down of how everything works. Maybe this city doesnt top off fluids and gas but we had to wait 20min because all the glass inside the car was frozen right over (it was pretty cold that night too...). Financial advisors definately get 6 stars, salesman 2 stars. Customer service 4 stars. The people manning the desk do a good job as well.

My first appointment for oil change and check-up. Everything went smoothly, got a call when it was ready and everything was good. When I asked questions relating to something else about my vehicle however instead of trying to find someone or someway of helping me the answer I received was simply sorry we don't do that. Yes I understand but perhaps maybe even a recommendation or something would've been helpful. Was a good experience all in all very friendly and no issues just could've maybe gone the extra mile to make it an extraordinary experience.

My vehicle was brought into the dealer for a misfire in the #3 cylinder, which happened to be covered by a bulletin released by Honda. The cylinder walls were damaged so they had to replace the block. When they ordered the block, it was in short supply and had to be put on a backorder. So it would take a week and a half before they would receive the new block. Which is understandable, as they have no control of that. But instead of preparing my vehicle to receive the new block in the meantime, they let it sit there for a week and a half and did nothing to it. When the block came in, that's when they decided to tear my engine apart. Then they had to send the cylinder heads to the machine shop, which took another 2 to 3 days to get them back. The part I don't understand is why they didn't tear the engine apart while waiting for the new block to arrive. The cylinder heads could have been sent to the machinist and sent back long before the new block even got there. Then when installing the new block and machined cylinder head, something went wrong and the head was then unusable. So now they had to order a new head. And whatever happened destroyed the timing I supplied (the dealer put a new one on at no cost to me). Luckily the cylinder head was not on backorder so they received that fairly quickly. After a couple of days of receiving the new heads, they finally finished the work on my vehicle. At this point I had been without my vehicle from Dec. 4th 2017 until Jan. 5th 2018. That's 4 weeks...... And now I've back in my vehicle for about 2 weeks. And I've noticed my fuel consumption has doubled, if not more. I've on my driven just under 900Km since I got my vehicle back, and it has burned through 2 And half tanks of fuel. Before I bought it on for the misfire issue I was getting between 700 and 800 Km per ONE tank of fuel. And their someone at their establishment has bent my front fender, and nothing was mentioned about that. I want to bring it back to at least have the fuel cusumption rectified, but I'm worried that I would be without my vehicle for another long period of time.

Waited a half an hour to get my car which was unprepared & didn’t have the truck handle installed. 1st week my pre used cars engine light came on. Tried booking an appointment yet was told that if I brought it in I’d have to wait on the shuttle but they couldn’t give me a time? Or a loaner car? What kind of service is that? You know people work for a living right? Not pleased nor will I refer anyone.
