I was pleased to be consulted about the work that was needed.

Winter tires were put on and the alignment was done. Also the oil was changed, rust was scraped off and the battery was checked. I didn’t have to make another appointment. My summer tires are kept here.

My 2018 Honda CRV was towed to Honda on Waverley as it couldn’t start. Waited for four hours for my vehicle to be fully functional. Turns out that the battery had 0 cold cranking amps. Battery was replaced under warranty and all was good!

My first experience won me over. Being a woman shopping for a car hasn't always been a good experience UNTIL I walked in and Dylan Foui of Winnipeg Honda immediately came and assisted me. He was very respectful, clear in providing information and provided first class service. Any member of his team that has assisted over the years me has provided the same level of excellent care and service. We have leased several vehicles through Team Foui since that first Honda and would never consider going elsewhere.

Purchased a new and a used vehicle

We purchased 2 vehicles, and had a very positive experience. The dealership took care of our needs and we particularly appreciated Jessica, who was extremely knowledgeable and proficient at teaching us about the options on our vehicles; as well as Melissa, who is very welcoming and efficient. Our only criticism would be that some of the used vehicles we saw had not been thoroughly cleaned. Would recommend this dealership to friends

Unfriendly service receptionist

I waited at the service door for 10 minutes and no one opened it to receive me. I walked around through the sales department to service and a young lady rudely said “if you had read the sign on the door you would have known to drive ahead and the door would have opened “ not very professional.

Great customer appreciation and help

Went in to buy a car today and the people at Nissan were very polite and eager to help me. The sale associate Marc was very informative and helpful throughout my whole purchase. Their financial advisor Jamie was also very helpful and made it easy to understand what I was purchasing and warranty to choose.

Pushy, rude, lacking customer service entirely

Very rude sales people and finance people. I asked on numerous occasions for help to stay with Honda and refinance a new vehicle, but I was offered no solution, no help and was left with a very bad taste in my mouth with how your company does business with customers who have been financing with you for 5 years. I will never do business with Winnipeg Honda again and will make sure to tell everyone I can, not to as well. I have been in customer service for 18 years and I work for Manitoba Public Insurance and am very appalled with how you allow yourselves to conduct business and honestly should reconsider the types of people that get hired there.
