This was easily the worst customer service my family has experienced. We took my car here because it had a seal leak and oil was leaking out. we payed them to inspect my car and they told us it was 100% ready to go and had no problems. so we get my car home after a week of being in their shop and it’s still leaking from the same place, infact my bottom of my car was SOAKED in oil. so we take my car back and they give us two new problems with it, after they said t was like a brand new car during the inspection. so how did it get 2 new problems from sitting in their shop? we took it back thinking they would fix what they were supposed to do the first time but instead they charged us another $800 to do the same work they were originally supposed to do. they had my car for over two weeks. please save your money and don’t take your car here. they saw i was a young girl and tried taking advantage and wrack up a huge bill with me. I’m NOT impressed and i’ve contacted Chev Head office about this. i have only put on 6000 KM since buying this car from SMP and it is already giving me problems. i was 1000 KM over my warranty and they basically said too bad. Customer service was awful at the front desk, didn’t know where our files were, super unprofessional and unorganized. They also told me they washed my car, which they didn’t touch lol. Never coming here again. save your money. They also advertise they give free inspections when you buy a car from them. never got my free inspection had to pay $130 Lol. And promised me a car detailing and a full tank of gas... did i ever see that? nope. super unprofessional work place.

SMP use to be my deal of choice. But after the experience i just had with them i will never set foot in the door again. Fixed my car i paid for a full inspection and car made it back home and right back to shop. This is the worse service i have ever had in my life. They will sure bend over backwards to sell you a new car or truck but they really are just a joke. I was warned about them and the service and i guess i had to find out for myself. Well thanks all for the warning and now i believe you. I will make sure everyone i know thinks twice before getting sucked in by the deal. Thanks a lot SMP for treating people the way your rep say you do. they don't even deserve the 1 star but had to check it to post

Took the vehicle in because the engine light was on. The technician didn't find anything wrong, suggested oil change and some other stuff instead which will cost me $900. I declined because I just had oil change not long ago. They still charged me over $200 even though they had no idea what's going on with my vehicle and didn't do anything. Think twice before you bring your vehicle in for service!

Hello Forest, if maintenance, such as fuel system cleaning and tune up, is required in order to alleviate a misfire that is causing an SES light, then you simply need to do the maintenance and your vehicle operate correctly. So far my experience has been so so. I came in and was given a quote on a car - the price of the quote was reasonable and at the top end of the market price value for the car. They had agreed to about $8000 for the car. I asked them to look at possibly taking my car for a trade in and they asked what I wanted for the car... they met me where I was at and I thought we reached a fair deal... then at the time of crunching numbers the price of the car was back up to $10K+ because they gave us maybe more for my car then they wanted so they made up the difference by jacking the car price back up. So that sorta sucked. I was told the anti theft package was just included - but then they charged $350 for it and said that it’s not mentioned in the price of the car but that it’s not optional. The admin fee was $500. So just be prepared that the bottom line price won’t be what you pay in the end - there will be several other things added. Overall the speed of which the process was completed was good. The service was good and overall I am content with the deal. A bit more honesty in the process would have built trust and long term loyalty. That was not achieved. I walked away feeling it was an acceptable business transaction but not a lot more than that.
