I purchased my first vehicle which was a Dodge Ram from Justin Thorburn In 2016. I just purchased a 2021 Dodge Ram classic from Justin, who is aiding Jessica D'Amato a new salesperson. I was her first customer in January 2021. These two are amazing people persons, friendly to deal with, knowledgeable and above all else they made the sales experience easy to complete, with no hiccups. Thank you so much and I wish Jessica all the best in her new sales career, and would advise anybody, to deal with either of these two professionals. Thanks again, Dan

All the professionals at Finch Chrysler, are excellent at what they do. I take my Dodge Magnum there because I know I will get the best service possible. If a mistake Should happen, not likely, but if it should, they will bend over backwards to rectify it. My snow tires and snow rims were misplaced, so they went ahead and put brand new snow tires and rims on my car. At no charge. They care about their customer service. I have been to many garages and, Finch Chrysler excels.

Craig wasn’t pushy, he was honest and easy to work with! He didn’t make us feel pressured into buying our vehicle, or upsell us anything to make more money off of us. It made all the difference in buying our new vehicle!

Absolutely, horrible experience. Would not recommend or go back. Looking for a small suv. The sales rep could tell me any base features only could tell me what he could read on the screen. Went for a test drive and I didn't mind the car at all wanted to ask about number on a lease. He asked when I wanted to buy, I said withing the next couple of weeks. He said that would put us into next month and we don't know the programs for then. I go it's the 10th today so why can't we figure out the numbers based on today. He said let me talk to my manager. Comes back in a few minutes and goes it would $330 bi weekly. I go based on what? Is there a print out I can see or take home so I can see the interest rate or value , he goes no I can write it down a piece paper but if you want a formal write up we have to go through a process. At this point I'm extremely ticked as it seems like He does want to sell/work for a sale. I just got up and left. He was very disengage no respect.
