My chryslar 300 was leaking water from sunroof .They fixed that but left the inside dirty with foot marks on floor and seat plus there was some sort of silicon on side of sunroof which attracted all sort of dirt .Even the fabric inside the car had dirty hand marks. I expected more clean job.May be they were busy.

Had to get a key fob last minute they had me in and out within a hour, and when they almost charged me for the hour of labour to program it, i complained a little politely and it was changed to 1/2 hour of labour. Very satisfied

Initially brought my new truck in to have the wheel alignment adjusted and to get the undercoating touched up on the trucks frame. The truck was dropped off for the day for these repairs to take place. When I was phoned to pick the truck up I was informed that the Alignment was completed but the under coat could not be. I was instructed to "Phone next week to reschedule". Phoned the following week (on the Monday) to have the undercoat touch up schedule for the upcoming Friday. Again, dropping off the vehicle, leaving for the day. The salesmen I bought from was gracious enough to give me a used car so that I could get around while the truck was in as I had explained to him I was going to have to return. At no point was anything offered from the service team. In the mean-time, I had received a recall notice from Chrysler in the mail stating my vehicle required a recall to be performed on a relay for the grid heater (intake heater for diesel pickup) as they have been catching fire (recall stated to not park the vehicle near any outbuildings or inside the garage as a precaution). I phoned (on the Wednesday prior to my Friday appointment) to see if the recall could be performed during my next appointment for the undercoat touch -up, to which I was told yes, it could be completed then. When I bring the vehicle in for the appointment I was informed that the recall was not on the appointment for the day and may not be completed as originally promised. I was phoned a few hour later stating the recall could not be performed and that I would once again have to phone back the following week to reschedule. When I returned to pick up the vehicle I made sure that I scheduled the vehicle for the following week face to face with the advisor to ensure it was completed. Following the recall completion it is unlikely that I will return to this dealership for service as I feel that my time is not valued.

Stay away from Gord, 2021 and can’t even go to this place as a woman alone without them trying to scam you like you don’t know what you’re doing.
