Very excited to finally purchase my 2022 Ram 2500, after waiting many years driving a 1500. I booked an appointment with a salesperson for a specific time, he was no where to be found, the entire process from sales, dealing with the business manager was all horrible, she made so many mistakes, she corrected the sales contract 4 times. ( financing manager) Please be very careful with this dealership, they are dishonest with their promises, put in extras that is optional and say that the lender requires it for financing, on delivery the ownership was not ready, They put the wrong name on the name ownership, there was outstanding work orders on the truck. When I followed up with the sales team, no answer and only go to voicemail, try speaking to the parts department and they were of absolutely no use. My only hope was to speak to the General Manager Mike Beernik, that I believe was the worst person to speak about anything, as he kept making excuses for his team instead of trying to get to a resolution and train them to do better. I will be taking my issues up with OMVIC the licensing authority on the matter, as Finch Chrysler is completely dishonest, unreliable and doesn’t care to fix the issues.

The service on my truck was excellent, the staff was timely and very courteous. My truck was picked up and dropped off in a timely manner, I am very pleased with this experience Thank you

I am in London from out of town with a problem with my Ram. Needed someone to look at it so I could get back to Manitoba. The customer service person on the phone showed no interest in trying to help me out. I usually do not participate in these rating sites but this was so rude and unhelpful that I feel compelled to make my experience known. I went to another dealer on the same street and got totally opposite treatment - they were helpful and got my Ram in and looked at.

Efficient and polite service people.

The service people were polite, friendly and efficient. I attended my appointment on time and they communicated to me the process. I was contacted via text when my car was ready as explained to me by the service advisor. Since 2017, I have been a customer of Finch and they have consistently provided good service.
