Justin made the transaction very easy. He was very professional and down to earth. I was able to co sign for a friend and then make a purchase for my wife her dream vehicle. I gave up my dream car to do this. But he made it very easy and my wife is extremely happy which makes me happy. I look forward to dealing with you all again in the future

Looking to purchase an suv from the dealership, credit rep completed an incorrect application couldn’t even fill it out right put value way over loan. They , sold the car when they told me I had nothing to worry about within a few days didn’t tell me until the day before coming to see it , told me to go to another dealership instead of offering something else or making an effort to look around. Had a large down payment high income and yet couldn’t get any decent service . This ain’t how people conduct business

We have been a loyal Finch Auto Group customer for decades. This was our first purchase at Finch Chrysler though. Our salesperson was Clark Shen and he was awesome! From our very first time contacting the dealership and 'feeling out' whether or not we wanted to purchase a Jeep to a few visits to the showroom, Clark was there to answer questions, offer advice, make sure we understood our options, what each model of Wrangler had to offer and that we were comfortable with choosing a Wrangler. He even went out of his way to send videos of potential Wrangler purchase candidates they had in stock (in the dead of winter no less). We finally decided to order at the end of January because Clark and Steve MacIsaac gave us one heck of a deal we couldn't refuse. Unfortunately, through no fault of the dealership, and due to the global chip shortage effecting all auto makers, instead of taking 6-8 weeks, we actually had to wait 7 1/2 months for delivery. Clark and Sales Manager Mike Johnson were in weekly communication with me giving updates on the build progress. They were as frustrated as I was with the delay but they did the absolute best they could communicating any information they received from their reps. Once the vehicle finally arrived, Clark was as excited as we were and sent a video of our new Wrangler on the lot, ready to be prepped for delivery. Then, the dealership itself was invoiced over $2000 more than the original price, so Managing Partner Mike Beernink made sure that they honored the original sale price that we had agreed upon in January even though absolutely everything (including vehicle price, delivery costs, accessories, extended Mopar warranty, etc.) had gone up in price. Gord Hansen, the Financial Services Manager got me a great deal on the extended Warranty and made sure we got the finance rate that we originally agreed upon even though those rates were no longer available since it took so long to get the vehicle. Come pickup day, everything went smoothly and quickly and Clark made sure we were happy and that the Jeep was clean, prepped, full of gas and ready to go. Delivery was efficient and seamless. We live in unprecedented times right now but Finch Chrysler and the Finch Auto Group is navigating the uncertainty as best they can and continue to look out for their clients and offer a professional, complete and satisfying customer service experience. So if you're considering purchasing a new or used vehicle, remember.. See Finch First! You won't regret it.

Very Efficient. Every time I send my vehicle to Finch Chrysler Service Department they are always courteous and have my vehicle ready in a timely manner. Excellent Staff.

I brought my Nissan Rogue (purchased @Finch Chrysler) in for repairs and dealt with Emerson in the service bay. He was extremely helpful and got my vehicle serviced ahead of schedule and for less than I was quoted by Nissan, I will certainly be going back to Finch in the future!
