Came in for an oil change and an adjustment to my wipers. Wait time was just as I expected and my wipers were adjusted as I had requested. John was friendly and efficient.

Used their Valet service for the first time ever and it was seamless! They were very professional and didn’t move my seat adjustments as requested (I have issues with people moving my seat), they were courteous and respectful….very impressed with how easy valet service was! It allowed me to continue to work and get my car serviced at the same time! Thanks you!

It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Mr Jordan Fish and Mr Greg Proulx at Finch Chrysler, London. I was casually browsing for vehicles with no intentions to buy and I happened to contact the dealership at odd hours, Jordon was very prompt in his response and patiently addressed my concerns late at night. Next day he followed up with the call and invited me to the dealership. When I went to look at the vehicle he had meticulously had it sanitized and ready. There was absolutely no sales pitch but only very passionate advice and discussion. Once I decided to purchase the vehicle Mr Jordan graciously let Greg, Financial services manager to take over. Greg crunched the numbers several times before we arrived at the desired outcome. Greg made the transfer of ownership sound like breeze. Everyone at the dealership was very passionate and coordinated and cooperated extremely well to make it a hassle free purchase. Thank you Jordan, Greg and entire Finch Chrysler team at London. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for used/new vehicle.

This visit was for a replacement of a snow tire punctured by a nail in the side wall. The service team had given me all the data I needed to get a replacment prior to this visit. Upon bringing the wheel and tire assembly into the servicebay for mounting of the new tire i was met by a staff member who quickly took my request and actioned it very promptly and efficently.

2 hr oil change

2 hour oil change had to chase service advisor around. He said he’s waiting for parts? it’s bulk oil and a filter that doesn’t make any sense very unhappy and the work order says 8.0 units beside the oil when it only takes 6.6
