Called several times in regards to an oil spray along with my oil

I called several times to inquire about an oil spray in addition to the oil change heard nothing back, called twice was sent to the service department with no answer went to voicemail left a voicemail no callback had no idea when my van was going to be returned to me it was all of a sudden just in the driveway. Last time I had my van in to get an oil change they tried to upsell me for some sort of inspection and tried to charge me $80 thankfully they absorbed that cost, probably because I was never made aware that there would be any charges at all
