EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!! I purchased my 2017 Challenger through your dealership and have been getting it serviced there since. Living just down the street is a big bonus as well! The problem is... Saturdays are the only available day for me to get it serviced but for some reason you close now on Saturdays because of covid paranoia when every other dealership in town is open that day! While there is pickup and drop off service available, I do not want anyone else driving my car. I finally gain trust in a repair facility but am now forced to take my vehicle elsewhere for service all because of fear apparently. But only on Saturday! If you refuse to accommodate your so called valued customers then what's the point of buying a vehicle there? OXFORD DODGE CHRYSLER JEEP HERE I COME!

Very bad service, the advisor was not honest. The cost was high and they didn't fix what I told them to fix. I will never go there again

The diagnosis of the alternator being the problem confirmed the CAA's tow truck operator's diagnosis. No way I want to decry the ability of anyone, but simply say both were correct. I missed the costumer driver service, although the cost of the taxi was deducted from my account. However, it was not listed on the account bill, and where the deduction was made remains a mystery to me.

Over 1.5 hours for an oil change!

Why book an appointment if it's going to take over an hour. And the girl ahead of me left within 40 minutes for the same service. Guess I'll be hitting Jiffy lube from now on.

Lack of Transparency

Its very important to do proper inspections and provide price transparency. Not a good feeling when you get the bill and it's 250% more than articulated on the phone from the service advisor. Also whats with the full labour charge gouging and itemizations of multiple jobs for 15mins work? Cash grab and highway robbery at this dealership.
