The service staff fit me in last minute and made me feel cared for!

I noticed a “change fuel filter” light about 2-3 days earlier but had a very busy week at work so didn't call until Friday morning. I thought it could wait until the following week. I’m new at driving a diesel vehicle so didn’t realize the potential danger. The service advisor warned me not to go out of town. When i said i had to to pick up my children from my mom’s 45 minutes away he found a way to squeeze me in and then delivered my truck to my work before the end of the day. He had already told me that they were all booked up today but he realized the urgency and found a way. Because Emerson and John took such good care of me my children and I are safe and we can go away for the weekend (safely) together. Thank you Finch Chrysler!!

Working with people requires excellent customer service. Twice burnt by your service advisor. I will never be back and I will ensure no one I know heads in the Finch direction.
