I am from Windsor and happened to be in London I had stoped at Finch to see what they have and Craig came out to help he was very helpful and not pushy he let me look around. I knew what I was looking for and I got exactly what I wanted. because I am from out of town they worked with me to get all the paperwork done and ready they kept in contact with me until I was able to pick my new Jeep up they offered to drive it to me but let’s be honest who wouldn’t want to drive that baby home thank you Craig and Gord from Finch Chrysler for making my purchase as smooth as possible

If I could go below a 1 star I would. This location has the worst service I have ever dealt with. The service advisor has absolutely no idea what customer service is. I was asked by a manager to give them one more shot, guess what, same horrible results. I will never return and I would suggest you go elsewhere.

Souheil is a great mechanic and fixed the issue I had with my vehicle. He explained to me where the noise was coming from fixed it in a respectful amount of time.

My sales representative Clarke went out of his way to help me. He even went out and shot a video of the car and all of its features to show my wife that couldn't be there in person. Greg the financial manager went above and beyond and got me a better rate that we originally agreed on. I was very impressed with their professionalism and willingness to work out the deal that I wanted. I would definitely recommend both of them to anyone. And thanks to Zack for helping me when Clarke wasn't available. Thanks to everyone at Finch Chrysler.

I told service what was wrong with my truck. Was quoted over $800 to repair a $50 seal. When I questioned it due to the cost was told could do it for $300ish. My bill was for $638.50. Absolutely ridiculous. We went to Finch this time because one of the owners uses our business. Big mistake. Lesson learned. I was planning on buying 2 vehicles in the fall but this experience lost my business.
