Very easy transaction

The easiest car buying experience of my life. Excellent customer service and very informative. The staff were very courteous and Moh the salesman was a very likeable and honest guy. I came from 2 hours away and they treated me like neighbours! 10/10

3 days to fix my jeep

Used Finchs pickup service. They did not start working on vehicle until 3ish. Broke lock nut and returned vehicle no repair done with a promise to call Monday and set up an appointment for Tuesday didn't happen didn't return call. Went to dealership to get an appointment for Wednesday. They pick up vehicle again don't touch till late afternoon to tells us it needs a part and have to keep vehicle overnight with promise of return by 1pm its 4:30 now car repair finally completed. If you leave your vehicle with them they don't work on it until the end of the day apparently. Vehicle just out of warranty

I walked in during Ontario's most restrictive period around closing time to check out the possibility of buying a truck. I was met by Craig Harwood who was responsive and we agreed to make an appointment the next morning after a brief conversation of my choices. Sharp as a razor, he was there with three options ready for a test drive. Within a short while, I told him what I wanted and we shook on a deal. The only issue was I am from out of province, and couldn't get insurance in Ontario. After a brief discussion to talk out our options, we figured it out. 10/10 service. Thank you Craig and Finch!!!
