I was driving by and noticed a BMW I was interested in, decided to pop in. I was thinking we would need an appointment due to COVID, but Tyler approached my husband & I in the lot to lend assistance. His willingness to help and his friendly demeanor were apparent from our first interaction. Tyler was informative and personable, and I never felt any pressure throughout the entire process. We decided to purchase the vehicle, the dealership gave us a great value for my trade-in vehicle and were extremely fair. I was introduced to Bill to complete the purchase of my vehicle, and the exceptional customer service continued. Bill was informative and patient (with all of my questions) and gave me a great deal with an extended warranty package. The dealership also had a promotion that offered 2 years of free oil changes which was a nice added incentive! Overall - fantastic experience from both Tyler & Bill, thank you! Had a great experience buying a van.at Finch Chrysler. We do not live in London but Craig in sales and Stephanie in finance were great to work with and made our purchase easy. Craig took his time doing a facetime walk-around the van twice with us as well as answered my text on his day off. Stephanie was very helpful with questions and suggestions. The van was delivered to our doorstep (300 km away) and we are very happy with our purchase as well as the service . thanks irene and tony

We had an incredibly easy buying experience at Finch. Tim was a great salesman, kind and very easy to talk to, absolutely no pressure to go in above our heads, and understood our needs as a family with young children. He was so great with the kids when we picked the van up and really made them feel part of the process as well - they were very excited about that. Stephanie was also wonderful and efficient getting all the financial stuff worked out - it was completely seamless. We love our new van and are very impressed with the service at Finch!

Was looking for a reasonable pre-owned vehicle and Craig Harwood did not disappoint. Him and all the staff are friendly, approachable and will help you find exactly what you need. Would highly recommend Craig to anyone looking for a new or new to you car!

Was looking to upgrade to a 2021 Jeep JL and came across Moh. He was amazingly helpful in walking me through my specific build I wanted. Explained everything in clear terms and when I finally took possession of my 80th Anniversary Edition Jeep he was even shocked how good it looked. If you need something specific Moh is defiantly the man to talk to.

Hey everyone! I don't normally do two google reviews for the same business but they deserve one. I bought my vehicle and noticed there was a chip in the windshield and I was very frustrated about it. Zach, my sales representative came over the top AGAIN and handled the situation. I now have a brand new windshield and couldn't be happier! GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE!!!
