Justin is by far one of the most knowledgeable people I have met. He took his time to make sure he found a vehicle that suited all of my needs and wasn't pushy. I got to meet the manager Mike who was very professional, it felt like everyone here was very close and friendly. I will definitely buy my future vehicles at Finch Chrysler!

Lost our all season tires and rims.

For the 2nd time in 4 seasons, Finch has lost all four of our all season tires and rims. We booked a service appointment for a tire swap and they picked up our car in a timely manner at 11am. However they picked up our car before making sure they had our tires ready to go. They could not locate them and we ended up leaving our car with them overnight in hopes they would find them in the morning. They did not find them and returned our car with our winters still on and are yet to follow up with how they are planning to make this right.

Nice service and friendly stafd

Got my soft top installed and took advantage of the hard top storage program. As a single female who’s sick of hearing her brother and friends complain twice a year when we have to change the tops, it’s a GREAT service! Highly recommend.

Charging fees without discussing price

Asked for a quote to replace the stereo controls as something had spilled and they no longer worked. Given a high quote so declined the work. Charged over $140 plus tax for a diagnostic fee! I never asked them to diagnose the problem, I knew what needed to be replaced without running any tests!! No one mentioned the fee AT ALL until they called for payment and I questioned why the bill was so high. They argued with me on price and service manager made me feel like he was doing me a favour by cutting the price in half.. gee thanks. Absolutely horrible experience, if anyone said “we’re going to need to diagnose it to give you a quote and that cost $xx” then GREAT, but that conversation was NEVER had and I would have never agreed. Went for an oil change and a free recall, and bill was nearly $300. Absolutely unacceptable. Will never take my car there or purchase there again,
