I had a great experience buying a new truck and the salesman and staff are excellent ? I will be back as a repeat customer

Very disappointed with Chrysler’s warranty. Just purchased Certified pre-owned 2017 Chrysler Pacifica with the five year extended “bumper to bumper” warranty. I noticed that the start/stop wasn’t coming on during the test drive and a noticed a message on the dash explaining that it was due to battery charging... (I figured that was normal as the car was not being regularly driven). After I purchased it, the system only worked once. Now under than 5000 km of ownership (39 k total), it developed a front end noise - the dealer told me it was an axle that needed to be replaced and this was covered under warranty (satisfactory). However the issue with the start/stop was a result of two batteries deemed malfunctioning... and NOT covered by warranty.. I checked the warranty documents and sure enough under electrical batteries don’t show on the list, however the “what’s not covered” list also doesn’t include Batteries. That’s sounds like shady business to me (keeping it “respectful”). Upon checking Chrysler Pacifica online forums, this is a well known issue with the start/stop system...& at this point no recall from Chrysler or attempt to remedy the situation (at least not for me). Now I’m stuck with a diagnostic bill for the battery and considering my options as for the batteries. On the positive side, the dealer was courteous and helpful and they even picked up and delighted van.

Avoid, dealing with Ezz and Mike the pressure and disrespect given, being accused of wasting their time when I have every right to inquire and look at multiple options and deals as I choose fit. do not know about the rest of the staff, would avoid those two. having Mike (Manager), shrug it off and snicker about it over the phone and be happy to end the deal, shows the lack of respect they have for customer.
