Efficient

Truck did not duplicate my concern to the technician. But confirmed updated part was fitted on vehicle. Frustrating for me but I understand the process. Truck was in and out in a timely manner and was able to book appt with one day notice.

Pros: •Went above and beyond to get a repair covered under warranty x 2 • Sales and financing team are excellent. Cons: •Took way (8 days) to long to do a repair. •They don’t answer phone calls or return voicemails. • When asked what took so long, they blame the customer and become rude, defensive and condescending. •Lie to you and say the vehicle is getting worked on and it’s sitting in the yard. •Refuse to correct or admit to their mistakes. •Return customers vehicles dirty.

Way to long!

I took my Grand caravan there for a “ticking” In the engine compartment that had already been diagnosed by another shop. I was advised by the other shop to take it to The dealership as it was potentially a warranty issue. I dropped the van off on April 13. They called me back and told me the noise was “normal” despite the other shop warning me of the damage it can do if not repaired. I refused to accept their diagnosis and had the service manager take the van for a run. Sure enough, there was an issue. I was asked to gather all my service records which I did in a timely manner. The dealership went above and beyond and got a warranty claim started with Chrysler. That’s we’re the good service stopped. I called them repeatedly over the next few days and got voicemail or one excuse after another. I was also told several times that they were working on my vehicle. I explained to them several that I had a rental car and I needed the work done quickly as the rental was expensive. It took them 8 days to do 1/2 a days worth of service. In total, including ordering parts and dealing with the warranty, this should have taken no more than three days. They refused to take any responsibility for their actions and refused to help pay for the rental and when confronted about doing this the service manager became rude, dismissive and defensive. I had purchased two brand new vehicles from this dealership and had both vehicles serviced several times and I will NEVER go back there again. I should also mention that I drove to the dealership and went in the yard when they claim they were working on my vehicle and it was sitting in the yard. Also, it was returned to me very dirty.

Craig was great in helping me find a new truck! Was very willing to help and answer any questions I had about it. Also, once I bought the truck, he gave me his vehicle for the day while they put running boards on for me so I wasn't out a car. Thanks for the great experience!!!
