It was everything I hasve come to expect

It was a simple procedure. I appreciated the ease with which it was done especially with someone picking up the vehicle and then returning it after the job was done. Of course the cost was reflected in the bill.

Two hours to do oil change

appointment set for oil change got there then told that it will take about two hours to complete was from out of town so there was no where for me to go and I wasn’t comfortable hanging out in your showroom due to covid

Happy with everyone we dealt with at Finch Chrysler. They found us what we wanted, didn’t push anything and were friendly the whole time. Only wish Dodge didn’t take so long to build our vehicle. Months and months of waiting.

had veh towed in to service department, veh repaired same day and was able to pick up later , great service would recommend to anyone. eam!

had our jeep towed in for fluid leak.had service department est for repairs and was done same day with minimum cost.would recommend to anyone needing repairs/parts/sales great job!
