I feel they are over priced and are looking at ways to make money instead of honoring their warranty on parts that were previously installed. Plus not consistent on handling the car cleaned when complete.

We purchased a Dodge Journey here in 2015. It has been a reliable vehicle and we are still happy with our purchase. On the otherhand we are consistently not happy with the experience of getting service here. Every time we take the vehicle in for service I have to call to have something in the process resolved. The most recent times involved not putting air in our summer tires when they swapped them out (and they stored our summer tires prior). Then they attempted to charge me for tire rotation service at the same time as putting on the winter tires. However my latest experience has really cemented for me the strong need to avoid service at this dealership. As they are taking credit cards over the phone (to pay for service) I provided my details. They then proceeded to charge me for my service and someone else's as well. I called my service rep who never did call me back. The service manager called me and first asked if I had purchased anything else. I was not happy that the inference was that this was an issue on my end. How they didnt already know I didn't purchase anything else is concerning at best. Then the service manager passed me off to their store accountant. She asked me to provide screen captures of the charges from my bank to prove that the money did come out twice. Again, concerning. They did end up resolving it, and it was an issue on their end. If anyone is wondering if the dealership ever attempted to make any of these things right or retain me as a customer and to compensate me for my time and consistent hassles, the answer is a strong no. So buy a vehicle here if you want but I strongly suggest looking elsewhere for service.

Every time I take my vehicle in to Finch Dodge Jeep Chrystler there is a new issue on their side. They have forgotten to put air in the summer tires during a change over. They attempted to charge me for a tire rotation on top of the seasonal tire change, and only corrected this when I complained. And This latest time they double billed me by using my credit card details for another customers order. Each time has resulted in an inconvenience for me and to be honest I don't feel like they have ever tried to make it right. I will never take my vehicle to this dealership again. It's a pity because the people who work here are quite pleasant and knowledgeable. I just can't put up with the headaches any more.
