Super disappointed and will never buy another vehicle from here again. Bought my Jeep last year. Was supposed to be certified. It definitely was not. Two months after I bought it I had to put $1100 worth of work into it to make it safe to drive. I asked the dealership shop to look at it before I took it somewhere else and they said it would cost $170 for them just to look at it. I had my Jeep for two months... if it was "certified" there is no way in that in two months of just regular driving would create enough wear a tear to make driving it unsafe. If you buy a vehicle here... get a second opinion before you purchase... or just don't.

I have had problems since my first ram i got from finch and love working with you guts but always something goes wrong when i try get service done from parts not coming in and you guy still take my truck for day and nuthing get done on it to things that go wrong on it and i have do video sometimes to so you guys what happening or even had to bring my truck to a different location to get like latch problem i had that ended up loosing alot stuff from back my truck , but i have say parts is good there Jim always got back to me when i needed something

Highly highly recommend! Can't say it enough to be honest. First would like to thank everyone at Finch Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram for the warm hospitality the minute I walked through the door. Use to be a loyal customer to another dealership down the road and you didn't always get that with them so thank you. Huge shout out to salesman Clark, who went out of his way in my opinion to make sure I got what I wanted within budget even though he was brutally honest at some points. Even bigger shout if not the biggest shout out to the guy, the man, Sales Manager Mike Johnson. Without him this deal wouldn't have been possible! Every concern or question I had, he addressed and reassured me that it would be taken care of no matter how many times I called him, and I called him a lot so much so I was starting to feel bad. Defiantly have my business now and in the future.

My vehicle was in for it's first oil change since purchasing my Jeep. Because the delivery of the vehicle was awful, I was offered a full gold detailing service. Mike Johnson suggested I have it done in spring when I get my first oil change. I decided to use the valet service. My vehicle was picked up without issue and I received a phone call from Pete in service to advise it arrived. Not another word from service. I called at 4:00 to see what was happening. Told by Emmerson my vehicle would be delivered by 5:10. I asked him to ensure the driver calls me. No phone call. My jeep did not show up at the pick up location (my work). Service was closed at 5 pm. Spoke with Mike Johnson who could not help me but did say my Jeep was not on the lot. My son got home at 6 pm to tell me my jeep was in the driveway. I sat at work for no reason at all. They delivery company had my phone number as they called me in the morning when picking it up. I looked at the invoice and my work address was clearly marked on it. There was no reference of my home address. I opened the doors to my jeep and was shocked to that this gold detailing that would have cost me $250.00 + HST was not even equivalent to a bronze cleaning. I have took several pictures which clearly show this was a very poorly done job. The overall experience in purchasing my jeep and to now this situation is horrific. I would not recommend this dealership for anything. The detailing on this Jeep doesn't even meet acceptable expectations. I can certainly see I am not valued in anyway as a customer at Finch Chrysler Dodge. Perhaps I am use to top notch service at Toyota. They excel every single time.
