Excellant experience

It was a pleasure dealing with Craig, from the moment I talked on the phone with him to meeting Craig it was a no pressure flawless transaction and such a pleasure to deal with. Answered all my questions and is one on one with the customer for what ever the customer needs. I would highly recommend buying from Finch and would go to Craig before anyone. I'll be back for my next truck and will be using Craig again. Thanks so much for making my first new vehicle purchase a positive one. Cheers Anthony

Blown away by the service I received and didn't even have to leave my house! I spoke to Moh, a very helpful and not-pushy salesman, who understood my family's needs and budget and gave us everything we wanted and more for a price we can afford. So beyond happy with our new van!

Wow!!!! Was recommended to go here to see Justin by family so my husband and I said sure.Justin worked tirelessly to find all about our wants and needs,very personable and the thing that impressed us the most was his honesty and his advice which was down to earth not a bunch of sales talk..We would recommend him and finch to anyone

Did not meet time expectation

When booking my oil change, they said they would pick up my truck by 8 and have it back by 3. I was not very happy when at 4:15 they called and told me they were just leaving to bring my truck back. Wouldn’t have been an issue but I had to leave my son at his daycare for nearly an hour and a half past when I normally pick him up. Makes for a stressed and tired mamma. Didn’t appreciate the lack of respect for my time.

Another great experience buying from Finch and more specifically salesman Craig Harwood. You always make it hassle free making sure we get what we want at a good price. Would highly recommend giving Craig a call if your looking to purchase a vehicle. No games,no pressure always makes sure I’m satisfied. Thanks Finch and thanks Craig.
