Knowledgeable staff excellent and fast service!

I bought a 2021 Ram Rebel. Very knowledgeable friendly staff. Clean and sanitized for covid times. Very quick process. On the day that I picked up my new rebel all my paper work was nice and neat in a file for my to take home. Very well organized operation.

WARNING: Avoid bringing your car in for service. As others have pointed out they don't even look at the problem and then charge you for it. They actually broke 2 items on my vehicle and refused to fix it, said they don't know how to fix it, like seriously wt.. Now I have to take my vehicle elsewhere to fix their problem AND pay twice for it. Talk about take advantage of you. I want to actually sue for what they have done to me but it's not worth my time extra work to do it. Never again!

Excellent service! Justin was able to get me approved for a Vehicle when everyone els said no. I had given up hope of being approved for a loan. But kept working for me. He was able to get me into a Reliable low KM vehicle loan, and help me rebuild my Credit. Justin has earned my future business at Finch Chrysler!
