If you have a simple issue they might fix it for you. Just hope you don’t spend extra on the extended warranty and you have an actual major issue because they will just ignore you, not return your calls and put zero effort into actually helping you find the issue if it’s anything but simple. If I would have known before purchasing that I would receive such horrible service, I would have took my business elsewhere. Unfortunately, I’m now stuck on a wild goose chase to get my van fixed. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

This is our second vehicle we have bought from Craig Harwood at Finch Chrysler, First our Dodge Caravan that we really enjoy , and now my Kia Soul which I am enjoying to. A week and a half ago my vehicle was in for warranty work and they crashed it in the parking lot. Currently it is being repaired - i got a rental and I haven’t been kept in the loop of vehicle process as I was told. I baby this vehicle so it is a very unfortunate experience so far. I am hoping it is repaired 100% I will update review once I get it back on how the truck looks when it is fully repaired.

Totally pleased with the staff of Finch. They made the purchase of my new Challenger really easy. Justin was a fantastic guy to talk about Mopar and Dodge products. Helped me with any question I had.
