I picked up my vehicle at Finch Chrysler on wharncliffe in London Ontario On Thusday January 7 2021 Iwent to the service department spoke to one of the service people and he gave me my keys said absolutely nothing to me Not a sorry about you`re inconvenience I proceeded out then realizing he never gave me any paperwork for the job Can i have some sort of paperwork stating what if any work was done on my vehicle at this time #Confused Customer #Unhappy Customer

It started off with my suv would`t start so i got Finch to have a look Tuesday January 5 2021Ok the problem is a altenator So i asked how much and im told 800 dollar and change not really sure about the numbers but im close Plus 154 dollars for the diagnostic test So i asked Craig Harwood the sales man that sold me this vehicle He talks to the service manager And he got a altentenator for cost 369 dollars plus labour So roughly 500 dollars which is good bout half of the oridginal price Ok so i asked why did i purchase Platinum Extented Warranty for my vehicle for So service calls People Choice Company and they say they will put in a used altenator at no cost to me This is Wednesday January 6 2021 now Iask to speak to Finch`s loan person sorry i think his name is Doug he proceeds to call Peoples Choice and asks why they are only paying for a used altenator for my vehicle Now i say just put in a new altenator plus labour cause i haven`t heard back from any body Then service tells my they dont have a Tech to do it today Now it`s Thursday January 7 2021 Im at home waiting for call from Finch It`s 2:00 PM i call and ask about my 2016 Ford Escape SE And finally after all this BS they say come pickup you`re vehicle NOT IMPRESSED WITH ME HAVING TO CHECK ON THE STATUS OF MY VEHICLE OR THE WAY ONE DEPARTMENT DOSE`NT TALK TO THE OTHER NOBODY IN SERVICE EVEN KNEW I PURCHASED A PLATINNUM EXTENDE WARRANTY THIS IS NOT A WAY TO TREAT LOYAL PAYING CUSTOMERS ON ANOTHER SUBJECT IT WAS TOTALLY FREE AND I DID GET A LOANER TILL MINE WAS READY NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER

Bought a car Heard a noise/felt a vibration on our first highway drive. Noticed above 90km/h Contacted finch, set up an inspection the next day. Day of appointment I get a call saying they heard the noise but didn’t have a chance to come to a conclusion as to which bearing or multiple. Said I would need to come back to have it reinspected because they ran out of time. So now I’m having to take days off work to bring it back, with little to no accommodations. I told the service advisor that this sounds like a safety concern and a large inconvenience seeing as I haven’t even had it one week yet. I requested a loaner car while you kept it and fixed it when you have the time, I can’t keep taking time off work and being told you didn’t have time to look at it... a loaner is much more reasonable. Was told I can’t have a loaner because it’s safe to drive and there was a snoddy comment from the used sales manager about how they can’t accommodate everyone in the blink of an eye. Wasn’t asking for that, all I want is the car I paid for to be safe like it was supposed to be. I’m getting the run around and am not being offered anything to make the experience better. This has shown me what the expectations as a customer should be from a FINCH run dealership and frankly it’s pathetic. I will not be in the market for a new vehicle immediately obviously but rest assured finch/Clark/dave won’t be my go to people!!! Proceed to get a
