My van was pickup at my home, serviced as ordered, and delivered back to me by a very friendly young woman. Very happy with the experience of dealing with Finch Chrysler.

Craig Harwood and Greg gave me just what I came for, service was great! Professional attitude and my deal was better than I thought it would be, no hassle or re- negotiations. I left more than satisfied with a brand new truck. Thanks guys. Ps I will only deal with Finch Chrysler for now on. MartyKmeck.

Finch service department made it so easy to get my car fixed there, with their valet pickup. Usually a car repair is an inconvenience, but they made it simple.

From 1st telephone/email contact (and there were many) till I actually made it onto lot a week later Jordan F. and Mike were amazing. Obvisiouly they wanted to sell me a vehicle so when Jordan got to busy Mike (sales manager actually called) No fluff, we want you in our vehicle and here is the price(which beat multiple dealers), period out the door. Im busy doing my job and just want good vehicle at fair price, Finch Chysler has learned the lesson that has made Amazon so successful. Offer customer selection and no hassle buying. Shout out to Greg the business manager, same thing , no fluff. Summary.. 5 stars , great product and great service. Highly recommended Brian D.

I had spoken to a salesperson about a used Hyundai genesis coupe I was ready to purchase. I had explained that I was coming from Toronto, so id like to have everything done as contactless and perhaps have the vehicle delivered to me even if it meant I paid for delivery there seems to haven't been an issue there .Everything was going great, they asked me for information on my vehicle, I delivered said information within as little as 1 hour. I asked for detailed information on the Hyundai Genesis, I got so many runarounds, all I asked for was a picture of the vehicle, the sales manager called me as I asked, so that felt super sketchy, he said a bunch of stuff, I don't know if he had already had a bad day, but his approach towards me was not friendly at all. Never the less, we were able to get past that issue after 2 days, I received photos of the vehicle I was ready to purchase after 2 days. Regardless, I overlooked it and wanted to proceed. I had disclosed before we got any further that I do not intend to leave any deposits down, the sales guy understood where I stood and why I did not want to leave a deposit, then another sales manager called me asking that they required that I leave a deposit, I explained that I couldn't the sales manager at that point assured me that "that's fair we will work it out for you, just talk to our finance manager and we will proceed", i said great thank you very much. I received a call from the finance manager Gord Hansen, everything was going smoothly, I provided all the information's I was asked for by him then woke up the next day to no response, and the sales guy then messaging me back that "we cannot proceed unless we have a deposit". I completely understand if my business is not wanted, a simple "sorry we do not want to do business with you would've been fine", but I provided sensitive information, I had my time wasted, I was spoken to rudely by the first used car sales manager, only to go back again to the deposit conversation which had already been cleared. If this is how everyone is at your dealership, i do not want business here.
