The customer service was amazing. Do to COVID restrictions, I couldn’t wait at the dealership for the regular maintenance and there were no shuttles either. They drove 30 minutes out of the city to pick up my jeep for a recall and maintenance. And then delivered it back to my driveway after they were done. I can’t imagine that after paying 2 employees to drive there and back that it was much of a benefit to Finch at all to complete the service on my vehicle. But the customer service was still top notch. Thank you.

Craig was an excellent consultant to deal with! From the moment I submitted my inquiry online he was on it! Fast, friendly, and informative service. A simple question

I picked up my vehicle at Finch Chrysler on wharncliffe in London Ontario On Thusday January 7 2021 Iwent to the service department spoke to one of the service people and he gave me my keys said absolutely nothing to me Not a sorry about you`re inconvenience I proceeded out then realizing he never gave me any paperwork for the job Can i have some sort of paperwork stating what if any work was done on my vehicle at this time #Confused Customer #Unhappy Customer
