My experience at Finch Chrysler was nothing but positive. The sales associate I worked with was Craig, he was very accommodating and helpful. I do not live in London so he offered to send extra pictures and videos to me of the car I was interested in to make sure it was right for me. The process was easy and as stress free as buying a car could be. I will be recommending Finch Chrysler to everyone I know.

Although the valet service was a great continence. I am disappointed that the expectations the dealership sets upon the customer of removing masks and garbage from the vehicle prior to pick was not reciprocated when delivery of the vehicle happened. I found an empty coffee cup, coffee spilled on my steering wheel and the air system circulating. I would hope that what is expected due to covid would also be expected upon return of the vehicle. I understand that times are difficult but as a customer we also our trust into the deal shop to ensure minor precautions are taken.

I enjoyed the experience of purchasing my pickup truck here. I felt confident and at ease. My only complaint is that I didn’t get my annual safety inspection sticker with the truck and have to buy it separately although they did the regular safety inspection (??) other than that, it was a good experience and I definitely recommend this dealer to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle

Friendly staff but.... Just had a 2nd major vehicle repair in the last 6 months that was not properly addressed by the Finch Service Group while under warranty. Repairs were properly done at another dealership but cost $3000 as warranty has now expired. Presently in contact with FCA Canada about these issues; would not recommend servicing your vehicle at Finch.
