Starting with the sale it's self. Sales person didn't really show us the van, had to figure everything out on my own (seats folding in and out of the floor, etc..) the van it's self, the taillight was sticking out rubbing against tailgate, the bumper sticks out, the front left wheel liner was Jerry rigged using zip ties, the tires barely passed safety, only 3 mm tread on the fronts sidewalls were cracked on all four tires. Than when I picked up the van, the safety was done the day before, showing the kms to 111095, and when I picked it up the next day there was 111444, so I have no idea where the van was driven in that time frame. We chose a dealership rather than a private sale because we thought that we would have a better experience than what we did have.

When I booked the appointment, I wanted LOF and to have them look at my transmission for a specific problem. The lady booking the appt suggested I should look at brake service, front and back, each 129.95. I said ok for the front and I’d do the back in the fall. When I arrived for the appointment, it changed to getting a brake once over for 89.95 since I didn’t need brakes done. Transmission detail was not on file and they suggested I leave it to see if it recurred or got worse. Never did answer if it was covered under warranty. I felt like it wasn’t important, or they didn’t have time. I feel they should have taken some time to explain the system to me, and better respond to my request. They also rotated my tires, and told me the lug nuts were stripped, which I find highly unlikely, but I never asked for them so I don’t know that for sure. The whole appointment just didn’t feel right.

44,000 Km's and they tell me I need a thousand dollar brake job. I bought the extended warranty but they say brakes not covered. I spoke to a friend that has the same vehicle, Jeep Cherokee, with 80,000 km's and brakes are still perfect. Finch says brakes on new vehicles last only about 35,000 Km's. I cannot believe this! A thousand bucks every 35,000 Km's? I will be going to an independent service garage for the second opinion and, if necessary, the repair. Left rear rotor is scored. My previous Ram pickup had 150,000 km's before brake pads needed to be changed so it is not my driving method. Either Finch is trying to avoid a warranty repair or Chrysler is marketing junk. As a long time Chrysler fan I am severely disappointed!

I was in about a week ago. Emerson was my service advisor Brad was the mechanic. Very very poor customer service as I requested a piece of mind inspection. I had rattling in the steering. Cracked window. Window switch was acting up locking doors randomly. Leaking tire. Breaks needed to be redone. I was told everything is good except I had a bad tie rod end on right side No offers to fix it..... no pricing.... no obligation to tell me not to drive it. Just changed the tie rod yesterday finding out that it wasn't even the right side it was the driver side. Also breaks were going. Told 5 mm I would say about 2mm.. 1 week later after calling and talking to a manager I was told I'd receive my paper work stating what needed to be done. And how much it would cost (peace of mind) I still haven't received anything. So I payed them for peace of mind but got a spilting headache. No refund was offered. I was told it was rushed out because of it begin the end of the day. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy... the inspection they did would have been done better by the guy at McDonald's drive thru. Therefore I will not bring my services back this dealer ship again in the future.... also had engine light on and tire pressure light and was still not offered and services to fix or look into the issues. But in the end I was told all is good to go. Peace of mind out the window. Shout out to Kal tire for looking after all my issues and future issues check them out for piece of mind 😁🙀
