I’ve owned GM vehicles my whole life but never used a dealership for repairs. However my GMC 3500 diesel needed a repair and my usual mechanic was on holidays. I stopped in at Roy Nichols and spoke to a young man at customer service he said they have a good diesel mechanic. Booked my truck in and in turned out to be a mouse nest in the air filter. The customer service kept me informed very knowledgeable and friendly customer service. Now I take all my vehicles there. My Buick and corvette. I had my truck in again for a thorough inspection as we were going on a long trip with our truck camper. We drove over 3000 km no issues on our trip. Service rep even called us on our trip to see if everything was ok. I highly recommend this dealership for all my service needs.

I booked an appointment for an alignment for 1pm and i was told it would be a few hour wait. Not sure why im making an appointment if the car is not going in for that time slot. I dont live close to this dealer but i know a few people who work there so i figured why not. I also asked for a specific person to do the work and was told no problem. When i get there i find out this person booked the day off and no one bothered to notify me. i also said i had specific numbers i wanted for the alignment and was told again no problem, but when i picked up the car i was told those numbers could not be reached. After going back on the forums, i verify that many people have gotten the numbers i was trying to hit with the stock suspension setup. So i paid for an alignment for no reason and waited 3.5 hours to have to get it done properly somewhere else therefor spending more money.

Edit to say I never did get my vehicle here. After waiting 4 months, with no contact, I finally inquired why I was seeing 2024 vehicles on the lot when my 2023 hadn't even arrived yet. Apparently they couldn't find my vehicle in the system. To say I was disappointed was an understatement. I found another vehicle at another dealership. ----------------------- Bought a 2023 that was ordered by the dealership. In and out the door in 30 minutes, which was fantastic! It will take awhile to get my vehicle, but Kyla promised to keep me informed along the way.
