I just bought my first brand new car from Roy Nichols. Everybody is really nice and welcoming. I’d like to thank Gary and Alan for making the purchase possible both are very knowledgable and helpful. Thank you both again for going above and beyond. I love my new car.

Body shop is a nightmare, stay away. They sluff off their customers, been waiting 4 years for a bumper cover. Daniel is lost , his repairs are very amateur! He also failed to paint the side of my car properly, they didn't put enough paint, had to get it repainted. Waste of time and energy, just stay away. I reported him to the national insurance watch dog 🐕 . Sickening ,they treat their customers like garbage!

I went to purchase a Chevy from here and after putting my deposit down and waiting for my car to arrive they sold it again the day before I went to pick it up. They told me that they couldn’t give me the car because someone else has bought it, even after I bought it. They told me to wait 3 months for another car and that they couldn’t do anything about it. I tried to talk with the sales manager but they refused to call me. This staff doesn’t seem to care about the customer or service, just the highest price. Very disappointing experience. Update: The managers still refused to speak or acknowledge the issue at all. It seems they take no responsibility for the issue.

This was my second time shopping at Roy Nichols Motors. My experience purchasing a truck from Roy Nichols was excellent. I worked with Jim Reid through the entire purchase. He was fast to answer all my questions and helped out as much as he could. He made my experience an amazing one along with Alan Mulder in finance. Great team at Roy Nichols, I cannot recommend this dealership enough!

Fast and friendly service. I lost my bumper and they quickly gave me an estimate and fixed it so I could still drive untill the parts came in. Thank you for the great service. Was in again today with my other car. Darhman and his worker fixed my bumper no charge. Roy Nichols has fantastic , friendly and honest service. I highly recommend them. Thanks guys! Donna

Great service.... but why everytime I visit and first walk into the service advisor desk lane... No one greets me or says "Hello, Be right with you.." iinstead everyone keeps their heads down, or looks away... otherwise everything is great.

Got car in on time for appointment. Called during that time identified a problem I didn't know existed everything completed. I like the way bill is broken down even I could understand the explanation. Referred my boyfriend there.

I recently bought my very first brand new car at Roy Nichols and had the best experience! Aaron made the whole process nice and easy. Very good customer service and he was very informative! Also Alan provided excellent service as well. I’m very much enjoying my new 2023 Chevy Trailblazer! Definitely will be dealing with Roy Nichols in the future!
