Jania was a phenomenal sales person, helped me with my picky choices, I ran her around the shop multiple times trying to get exactly what i wanted. She exceeded my expectations, she was patient, fun, outgoing, and a phenomenal person. Alan was also phenomenal to deal with, he also made the process very fun and easy. Will definitely send my family and friends to her at Roy Nichols for there purchases coming up!! 10 star review for Jania, 10 stars for Alan, 10 star review for Roy Nichols!! Such a friendly crew...all staff...whether working directly with client or not, every single staff member was friendly, cheery, courteous and made me feel like I was family...like we'd known each other for years...this was my first time ever going in to Roy Nichols...I needed a GM repair shop in a pinch...it's not where I bought my vehicle but it is now where all my service will be done...it's old-school charm and manors...something this entire planet needs a dose of these days...and the work was over and above, and quick and done right the first time! Not happy my car broke down, but sure glad I happened upon the team at Roy Nichols! I simply can't say enough...thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!! Jennifer Robbins

I took my 2007 Yukon to Roy Nichols to have a BCM computer replaced and programmed to communicate with the others computers in the truck. This was completed quickly, however when I got the truck the Air Bag light was on, it hadn't been on previously. When I asked about it I was told it wad on and if I like I could pay them to diagnos it. Whe I came home I scanned to computers and called back to let them know it was a configuration problem. Their response was the same. Well it turns out that part of the BCM replacement is supposed to include resenting the BCM and Air Bag modules. I did it myself. Not going back to Roy Nichols.

I just got my vehicle repaired by Roy Nichols Chevrolet for the first time. Very professional, friendly and extremely knowledgable staff.
