COULD REVIEW 0 IF POSSIBLE NOT EVEN 1. I bought a honda civic from winnipeg honda with my friends reference who was promised for getting 100$ as reference bonus. After 2 months, my friend asked me about that he had not recieved yet. Pulling some plugs in the company like my sales agent and some other, I find out that they are starting to flip hats on to each other. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT.

Professional and efficient

Great team to work with. The different people representing sales, finance, vehicle feature overview were all great! The terms were put together very quickly, and I was comfortable that I was getting a fair deal and appropriate treatment. The transaction went smoothly and I was able to trade in my old car hassle free and have its remaining financing term cleared with minimal paperwork or effort.

Quick and easy

Honda on Waverly provided me with a new latch for opening the hood of my Rav 4, and also were very respectful and kind when explaining to me how to unlock the key from the ignition, when they could have laughed in my face. The service was done faster than expected, and I really appreciate that.

Didn't do what they said they'd do

After speaking with the service technician, I mentioned that my winter tires had a ton of rust on them and needed to be cleaned before putting them on my car. He said, no problem, that they would be cleaned up before being put on. They weren't cleaned at all and look horrible. Other than that, everything was fine.
