First class service and customers satisfaction

I will always deal with Winnipeg Honda as there was no pressure in buying a vehicle. All the staff were great to deal with and I walked away with a new vehicle which I am very happy. Friendly and courteous staff are entrenched in this dealership.

I went in there to fix the problems I was having with my car. They were really good at figuring out what is exactly wrong and letting me know what’s wrong and how they will fix it before they go ahead and start fixing things. Helps you keep your mind at ease

Actually i'm not happy with my first time experience at Honda the reason is my dealer told me that he will fully detail my car and full tank it then the day i will get my car i saw the car clean but it's not fully detailed there has some dust inside and outside the car and i believe it is not full tanked the gas is like 85% . They didn't give me a free 7 days or even 1 day insurance pass so i can drive my car outside instead they want me to go to a MPI to get my insurance and plate number so i can drive out the car so what happened I went out again and went to mpi and back to the dealership. the appointment was 10am and i went home like already 1pm and im so furious about that. This is my first time buying my car and this is what's gonna happen to me? and then for the deposit they said i can get my depost back the day ill get the car and then the day comes they said i have to wait for 3 business days to get my deposit back in a cheque and i have to come back to the dealership again. I am honestly disappointed on how the crew treated me. They're like nice and awesome when they're convincing me to buy the car but afterwards its no good. I don't like it.
