I give 5+ stars to the sales staff!! I had a pretty good experience here. They had the vehicle that I wanted and offered a competitive price for the one I bought, and also for my trade in. They honoured their exchange policy without a problem. The staff is all very friendly! Will definitely deal with them again in the future! BUT, I did however have a rotten experience with the service assistant manager. Because of this I will not return to, or recommend the SMP service department, but would 100% recommend the sales and support staff!!!!

My wife and I had an excellent experience at SMP when we leased our 2019 Chey Equinox. Randy, Riunn, and Stan we all extremely, professional knowledgeable and helpful, the process was flawless and easy, we would recommend SMP to anyone looking for a vehicle!!
