Would rate lower If I could. Everyone there is friendly, especially if you are buying a car. Will even give you a "discount" on an extended warranty. Needless to say that's the end of the "good" treatment. I my bring my car in a few times for regular maintenance and complained of noises and issues. Was told it's fine and nothing to worry about. Then my car breaks down and I find out none of the issues I had asked about had been checked and on top of that the failure was due to rust so insurance won't cover it. Then comes Brad the service manager trying to fix the situation. He tells me he will bring it up with the insurance and sort things out. Clearly he didnt or else I wouldn't be writing this. Instead he pawns it off on someone and they bungle up communication with insurance. After waiting for a response for weeks I phone my insurance to see what's happening. Apparently the dealership just didn't bother sending them information. So I tell the dealership to do something and finally I get the same response from insurance CLAIM DENIED. Over a month of waiting and dealing with their bungling and they tell me the part rusted out in the 7months since my last time in. That doesn't seem plausible, but fine I say, at least give me a deal...they give me 17% off. I ask my neighbour who has worked in the business how likely what they say is true. He tells me that it's super unlikely. At least no one was injured due to their incompetence. ...Glad to see they respond by telling you contact the gentleman who literally did nothing to help me in the first place

It was my second time purchasing a new vehicle and Dustin and Wade made the process super easy and fun. I never felt I was being pushed to do anything and was provided with all the information I needed to make my decision.

All the staff in service are kind and courteous, especially the service manager Brad McConnell. Was able to resolve an issue quickly and was kind enough to offer extra help which I appreciate. Thanks again Brad! Was there July 20th, 2019 for an oil change. In service, Graham the advisor and Tanveer the mechanic are both really great at their jobs! Very nice people and personable made you feel welcome in the shop, great mechanics very knowledgeable felt like my car was being well taken care of. Will definitely be back and recommend! Thanks again
