I found all the staff very polite and helpful. They answered all our questions and provided exceptional service. Once we decided on a car they all ensured we were well taken care of and that the whole process was easy and our needs met. We felt that all staff were very professional and very knowledgeable.

Worst customer service. There was a recall on my honda for headlight. I had an appointment at 900-1717 Waverley honda. They changed the headlight and forgot to put screw on the both sides of the bumper. There was a gap between headlight and bumper and i told them right away. They double checked and said everything is good. When i was on highway. My car bumper came out from the both sides and inner fender splash shield broke down. Now, they should fix it at no additional cost.

The people/staff were very courteous, friendly. Kept me up to date/progress. I did request an engine wash/rinse but the quality was not there compared to Crown Toyota (whom I have previously dealt with). Also Crown Toyota gave their customers a high end thank-you for doing business gift, some examples, umbrella, blue tooth ear piece, flashlight, car blanket, etc.
