Friendly staff, but overpriced vehicles. Not for paupers like me.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I had a lease that came up for renewal and I returned my car on the due date and was given no receipt. I'm assuming because I am a woman and showed up alone to return my vehicle they gave me the runaround saying because I wouldn't resign with them. They told me potentially I could owe 1,000 in access wear and tear even though I didn't even go over my kms. They then proceeded to NOT REPORT to the financial department that I returned my car so essentially lost my vehicle. I have been fighting with the financial department for 4 months trying to prove my vehicle was returned on time and now my bill for overage payments and excessive wear in tear are in excess of $2300.00. Unprofessional, unresponsive, and rude. How does this company run when it is managed so poorly from the employees to the management to the financial department. Do yourself a favour and do not trust them! I have never been treated so poorly.

Everyone here is super friendly and helpful! You can tell they take pride in what they do and do it with the upmost confidence. Johnson was patient during my time there, made sure I took the time to find the car I really wanted and didn't pressure me into buying anything impulsively. I want to thank Norman too for patiently explaining things to me that I didn't understand. You guys have a great team! I highly recommend this dealership and if you can, meet Johnson! He will make sure you find the best car suited for you and your lifestyle.

Buying your first vehicle can be daunting in the beginning, however Johnson Nguyen was very kind and patient to take us step by step process in purchasing one. He was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Although, I wish they would offer more incentives for students like me and have available exterior colour options, for the specific one that I originally wanted.
