I had a great experience with the purchase of my 2019 CRV...best service I have ever received was from Wade Wasmuth!!! wow talk about going above and beyond! Great Customer Service!!!

We had requested a cabin/pollen filter change in addition to the lube/oil/filter and winter to all season tires swap. After paying and returning home we noticed that the cabin filter issue was not on the invoice. We are satisfied with the work that was done, but we were disappointed that the cabin filter change was missed.

My husband brought my car to the service department on June 17 to have the brakes done, change the air filter, and spark plugs. The service requested was done on my car but when my husband picked it up he found scratches on the trunk just above the Honda emblem. My husband brought the car home to show me the scratches and I found two additional scratches, one on each back fender. We took the car back to Winnipeg Honda on June 18 to inquire into the cause of the scratches and the service person took photos and said he would call back the next day. Today, June 19 we had not received a call back from Winnipeg Honda.
