Honda bought out our lease and we released a 2019CRV. All paperwork was ready in advance. Tech guy went through everything. Shuttle service to MPI provided

Great customer service. Staff is very friendly. Everybody did there job and handled their role in a pretty good manner. I was so impressed and happy.

Pretty bad experience..I come to oil change. Staff seems to be nice. But they don't really care about you...they just say they feel sorry about the issue I faced. Nobody really takes actions till I ask them to give me. I believed that all the Honda dealers give the same service...Now! I am worry. I should not switch to this honda because it is nearly. I told the staff who servics me that I didn't get the hand book when I bought the car and I want to know about the warranty. I wander if I can get one here. He told me go and find another guy in office. Then when I went to the guys he point for me, they said that I should find the first guy. They pushed me like a ball and I just stand here. Nobody cares about my issue. After they talked to each other, they ask me to pay for more than 100 dollar for the manners book. I felt so bad. And in the end, they asked me to pay totally 450, 244 for oil change!because they cleaned my brake and changed oil. when I asked why it cost so much, they just told me that they already told me at first. So I know it. I have to pay. My heart was broken. I didn't get good service and I had to pay lot. Ther was a monment I want to call 911, because I feel helpless. Usually I did a oil change is just 89 in other Honda. Maybe Honda makes good car, they also bring terrible service. If I have second chance, I won't choose Honda anymore indeed.
